On Monday, key financial data was reportedly inaccessible on the SEC’s corporate filings database due to sporadic technical glitches.

According to an official statement on the SEC’s website, “Intermittent issues are preventing the display of disseminated filings on SEC.gov. Consequently, accepted submissions may not be visible on the site.” The SEC has not provided a specific explanation for these ongoing issues.
