Princes Group Plc priced its initial public offering in London at the bottom end of the marketed range, in what will still be the UK’s biggest first-time share sale for a local company in four years.

The firm, known for the canned tuna brand that shares its name, priced its offering at £4.75 per share, raising £400 million ($525 million) to help fund acquisitions. It will give the company a market capitalization of about £1.16 billion.
